We hope you will be thrilled with each and every order but understand that things occasionally don't go to plan. We will always do our very best to resolve any problems as easily and painlessly as possible.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs are not refunded except where items are proven to be faulty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the unlikely case that an item is faulty or fails within the 1st few years please do let us know and we will do our very best to resolve the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons earrings are non returnable.
Custom made and comission items are also non returnable. This includes made to your size and altered for you items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange contact us for a return and we will help you through the process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
